Mathias Wolf has been in the culinary industry for 20 years from all areas of the restaurant. While in the kitchen and at home he had grown tired of everyone’s plain mix of herbs and spices. Wolf Rubs is a bright fresh blend of carefully chosen herbs and spices to anyone’s family meal the best.

Our Seasonings

Original

Our original barbeque blend with a little sweet to add with the smokiness and the heat. For someone who wants to be the hit of the party and make sure everyone enjoys the food. Most recommended on ribs, chicken, and wings.

Diablo

Our Diablo blend is perfect for that person looking for some heat to their meal,  from spicing up a marinara, rubbing a large pork shoulder or beef roast to heat things up. Most enjoyed with carne asada, all roasts, and anything you want to kick up a notch.

Verde

Our Verde blend is a wonder of no other. A great mix with hatch green chile, jalapeno, lemon and lime just to name a few of the ingredients. The brightest flavor of all our rubs just like Verde salsa you order in your favorite restaurant.  So far all proteins and fruits have complimented this rub great. My favorites have been chicken, shrimp,  carne asada, and pork.

Jerk

Our Jerk blend is a authentic hot Jamaican Jerk blend good on all protiens. A savory flavor with hints of cinnamon cloves.
